Maggie Q attended Mililani Waena Elementary School and Wheeler Intermediate School. Maggie Q also attended Mililani High School, where Maggie Q was on the cross country, track and field, and swim teams. Maggie Q won a title of senior year, and graduated from Mililani High School on 1997.
In her personal life, Maggie Q has been a vegetarian for many years, and was featured in two ads for PETA Asia-Pacific.
